:: About Us ::

The name "Sea of Qi" comes from a powerful acupuncture point located just below the navel on the lower Dantian. According to Taoist tradition, this area is the primary reservoir of the body’s Qi (or energy). Accessing this point increases vitality, regulates the smooth flow of Qi, and balances Yin and Yang.

Each and every one of us has a Sea of Qi, and within it the ability to access our internal healing abilities. As we heal ourselves, we become empowered to create the world in which we wish to live.
