Medical Qigong for Cancer Patients & Survivors

This class is for current cancer patients as well as cancer survivors. Class size will remain small to allow for more individual instruction and group connection.
Mom & Baby Qigong
Breathe deep in this gentle, restorative, and nurturing class for new moms and their babes. We will explore powerful self–healing exercises that specifically relate to women’s health and self–cultivation, and also learn acupressure points to help with breastfeeding, increasing energy, relieving anxiety and reducing depression. We will also help our babies perform simple poses and movements, and learn baby massage techniques to alleviate common infant complaints.
Qigong for Kids
Grab the sun, shake the moon, and move a rainbow in this fun–filled and easy–to–learn practice. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong increase attention span, coordination, and flexibility, strengthen the immune system, and build self–esteem and confidence. Students leave each class with new tools for individual empowerment.
